Standard Delivery Policy

All orders from Tri-City Sports are processed between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. (CENTRAL), Monday through Friday. Regular ground shipping takes from 3 to 12 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the continental U.S.)

Ground Shipping Rates for Drop Shipping Direct from Vendor
Our primary shipping service is UPS. Please allow at least 2-3 business days for order processing and shipping regardless of the shipping method that you select. Shipping is not charged at the time of ordering. Shipping charges when drop shipped from vendors will be charged after the product ships. We are unable to give exact shipping charges at the time of order, we can give estimates only. During busy shopping seasons (like Christmas, Spring, and Fall soccer seasons) please allow for a few additional processing days. If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by email within that same time frame. Customized orders (with players names and numbers) will take an additional 5 to 7 days.

Ground Shipping Rates for Customization of Product (Screen Printing and Embroidery) from Tri-City Sports
Our primary shipping service is UPS. Customized orders (with players names and numbers) will take an additional 5 to 7 days.

$50.00 minimum order; if less a $5.00 minimum order fee will be charged

If using a Corporate Credit Card, a 2% fee is added.

2 Day Shipping Policy
You can upgrade to Express 2 Day Shipping for an additional price onto the Regular Ground shipping rate and have your items delivered within two business days, provided that we recieve your order before 4 p.m. (CENTRAL).

Express Shipping Policy
You can also order Express Shipping for an additional fee. Fees will be determined once the product has shipped.

International Policy
We do NOT ship outside of the United States, except for Canada. Canada customers pay a $30.00 customs paper work fee, freight, and all customs fees and duties at the border.

We accept credit and debit cards with the following cards: Visa, MasterCard

Why we need your Credit Card Billing Address and CVV
As a measure of fraud prevention, we verify that the billing address and card verification value (cvv2) you porvide matches the information your credit card company has on file. For the fastest processing, be sure to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. We will call or email to verify orders that our automated system cannot process. We cannot ship your order until it has been verified either autmatically by our secure processing system or manually by one of our represtntatives. We appreciate your patience while we take thse additional security measures for your protection.

When your order will be chagred to your card
We will charge your card when we know the availability of your product. If available, we will charge your card immediately after the order is placed. Shipping will be charged separately, after the product ships.

Other Forms of Payment We Provide
We do not accept personal checks. We do accept "Club" and School checks, money orders or certified checks.

Express shipping charges will be processed on a seperate bill.

All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy
Returns are not accepted due to sizing issues or customer error. All returns must be approved by the owner, who reserves the right to refuse any return. All returns, if accepted, will have at least a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is also responsible for all shipping costs. All personalized products are not returnable.
